Hamzanama
​I started my first week at SEA with the faculty introducing class story about the Hamzanama. Hamzanama is an ancient Arabic text that chronicles Amir Hamza's adventures. The first assignment was to read a chapter we chose and later draw what we feel.
Humzanama was the 3rd Mughal Emperor Akbar's first important commission, showcasing his support for the arts. The story of the Humzanama, also known as the Humzanama Dastan or the Humzanam, is based on the legendary exploits of Muhammad's uncle, Amir Humza. Most of the story revolves around a series of dangerous incidents and acts of violence by Amir Humza.

Next, we were told to create models of human size. This will help us to understand the process of human size models, which will help us to understand the scale and proportions.
