Problems:

The Mercado Guadalupe in Tapachula, Mexico started a long time ago when the town was first built. Back then, people would come to trade and sell their things. Over the years, it became a special place where farmers, artists, and sellers gathered to share their goods. This market is important for the town's people. It brings together folks from different backgrounds, showing how everyone can work together. This mix of people helps keep traditions alive and supports local businesses.

Mercado's building design has a big open area in the middle and covered walkways all around. This way, design was made to suit the weather and make shopping a nice experience. It's a place where people can shop, meet, and enjoy the surroundings.

The site assigned is the Borivali Market stretch from the Goragandhi Restaurant to Moksh Plaza, and each group was allocated a patch from this big piece of land. The third site assigned was the fabric market, with women’s clothing being the priority. The intervention area consists of three zones, each of which has the same linear type of track. Our intervention area runs from Goyal Shopping Centre (GMC) to the Diamond Theatre (DMT) and ends at Purohit Hospital (PURHIT Hospital). The route is in the form of an L, the first stretch runs along the edge of the Lonmanya Tilak road. The first structure (Goyal Shopping Centre) is a market complex constructed in the early 80s, which houses various commodities, mainly women's clothing, with an opening that allows consumers to slip into the dense shopping.
